These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Silver Tier Boat Club Membership offered by Wellesley Island Boat Rentals, LLC ("the Company"). By enrolling in the Silver Tier Boat Club Membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Benefits: a. Weekend-only access to economy and plus class pontoons, subject to availability and operational constraints. b. Priority booking privileges ahead of non-members for weekend reservations. c. Access to special promotions, discounts, and member-only events.

2. Reservation Limitations: a. Silver Tier Boat Club Members are entitled to a maximum of 1 scheduled reservation date during the membership season. b. Reservations can be made by contacting the Company's booking office or through the online reservation system. c. Reservation dates are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. d. The Company reserves the right to limit the number of Silver Tier Boat Club Members using the boats simultaneously.

3. Additional Reservation Dates: a. Silver Tier Boat Club Members have the option to reserve up to 10 additional dates during the membership season. b. Additional reservation dates can be booked at the regular boat rental rates. c. Reservation dates are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. d. Additional reservation dates do not count towards the 1 scheduled reservation date included in the Silver Tier Boat Club Membership.

4. No Show Fee: a. A no show fee of $249.00 will be charged if a Silver Tier Boat Club Member fails to show up for a scheduled reservation without providing at least 24 hours prior notice to the Company. b. The no show fee will be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the member's deposit, if applicable. c. The no show fee aims to ensure fairness and maximize availability for all members by discouraging last-minute cancellations or failure to show up for reservations.

5. Membership Duration and Renewal: a. The Silver Tier Boat Club Membership is valid for one membership season, typically starting from the date of enrollment and lasting for 12 months. b. Membership will automatically renew at the end of each season unless the member provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date. c. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Silver Tier Boat Club Membership program at any time, with or without notice.

6. Liability: a. The Company assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the use of the rented boats, whether caused by the member or third parties. b. Members are responsible for following all safety guidelines, regulations, and laws while operating the boats. c. The Company encourages members to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for personal property and potential liabilities.

7. Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
